Ingredients

1 (3 lbs) Boneless Loin
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Ketchup

Cooking Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 325°.

Place loin in baking dish.

Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well and pour over loin.

May refrigerate overnight.
5.
Bake for 2 hours.
NOTE: You may also cook this in a slow cooker. Spray dish with nonstick spray. Add water up to 1/4 of the loin. Cook on low for 8 hours.
