Sherry Gilbert’s Pork Roast

Ingredients

1/4 c. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Jane’s Crazy Mixed-Up Seasonings, or your favorite seasoning blend
2 tbsp. Chopped Parsely
Pinch of Garlic Salt
Pinch of Garlic Powder
Dash of Thyme
Dash of Basil
Dash of Cajun Mix
Dash of Seasoning Mix
Dash of Fajitas Mix
2 lb. Pork Roast

Cooking Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 350°.
2.
Make a dry rub by combining paprika through fajita mix.
3.
Rub all over roast and wrap in foil.
4.
Bake for 2 – 2 1/2 hours, turning roast over 3 or 4 times while baking.
5.
Serve with any starch and vegetable.
