Crunchy Turkey Tacos

Make any night a taco night with these quick and easy Crunchy Turkey Tacos. Ground turkey is seasoned with spices and the store-bought salsa of your choice to create a delicious base for your tacos. Grab a crunchy shell and top them with your favorite taco fixings. If you’re not sold yet, this meal comes together in less than 30 minutes. Dinner is served!






1 lb. Ground Turkey
8 Hard Taco Shells
1 small Red Onion, finely chopped
1 c. Chunky Tomato Salsa
1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
2 c. Shredded Lettuce, for serving
1/2 c. Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, for serving
1/4 c. Fat-Free Sour Cream, for serving
Cubed Avocado and additional salsa, for serving

Cooking Directions

Heat hard taco shells according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, cook ground turkey and onion over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink.
Stir in salsa and spices.
Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Fill each taco shell with 1/3 cup turkey mixture.
Immediately serve with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, avocado and extra salsa.
