Mason Jar Turkey Cobb Salad

Ingredients

1 c. Pre-Cooked Turkey Breast, chopped
1/2 lb. Pre-Cooked Turkey Bacon, roughly chopped
1 c. Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. Pickled Red Onions, or half that amount of fresh red onions
1 Avocado, halved and chopped
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, halved and quartered
1/2 c. Red Wine Vinaigrette, store bought or homemade
1/4 c. Blue Cheese, crumbled
4 32 oz. Mason Jars with lids

Cooking Directions

1.
With all of the ingredients prepped, set up the four mason jars on your kitchen counter.
2.
Fill the bottom of each jar with 2 tbsp of red wine vinaigrette.
3.
Add ingredients to each jar in the following order: chopped avocado, turkey, cherry tomatoes, turkey bacon, eggs, pickled onions and blue cheese.
4.
Top each off with a handful of lettuce, and seal with the lid.
5.
Refrigerate until ready to go and don’t forget your reusable salad fork!
6.
When ready to eat, give the jar a good shake so everything is combined.
