Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 T. Olive Oil
2 lg. Garlic Cloves, slivered
1 med. Onion, slivered
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 c. Basil Leaves, chopped
Sauce
2 T. Lime Juice
1 T. Red Boat Fish Sauce
1 T. Sriracha Sauce
1 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Honey or Stevia in the Raw

Cooking Directions

1.
Prepare the sauce by combining lime juice, fish sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and honey into a bowl and set aside.

Heat a large frying pan 1 minute and add oil.
3.
Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and cook until onion is translucent and bell pepper is softened.
4.
Remove from pan, place in a bowl and set aside.
5.
Cook turkey until browned, mix in vegetables, and cook 1 minute.
6.
Add basil and cook 1 additional minute.
7.
Add sauce and cook a final 2 minutes.
