Ingredients

2 lbs. Ground Turkey
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 c. Red Pepper, chopped
2 T. All Purpose Flour
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. Ketchup
2 T. Vinegar
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. Ground Mustard
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Hamburger Buns

Cooking Directions

Brown turkey, onions, and peppers.

Drain well.
3.
Return meat mixture to skillet and add flour, coke, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cover and heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serve on hamburger buns.
